midsommar i sverige

Celebrated midsummer on friday, my mother was visiting me, we spent some time around skellefteå, first lunch at 'valentinos', båtvik, byske havsbad and bergsbyn for that famous big ice cream.

It says that you need 7different flowers from 7differend meadows and than you will dream about the mn you will marry :-P

in the evening did i decid to drive to norsjö anyway :-P so had a nice evening with her and than some company as well, long discussions the whole night, fell asleep quite late.

saturday did i help my mother with renovating the little bathroom, will continue next weekend with some help :-)

Have been in norsjö for the weekend for some work =)

First at rickes to fix 133 overalls =P, then helping him to photograph this years students, on saturday foamdisco for all of the kids and then party at matildas and eriks new flat =)

On sunday it was time to leave for skellefteå again, home sweet home?

meeting Lena!

Last day of school in skellefteå and Lena, who lived here for one year, came to visit her friends and classmates all the way from germany =) So we met as well, had first cake at this lovely café and then we went to see all the students going to their dinner. It was like stars walking down the red carpet =)

Unfortunately was it raining but we had a nice time anyway =) Lateron did i meet for a quick cup of tea with Ricke who was in Skellefteå to take pictures of some couples =)

can you really believe it? it suddenly started SNOWING!!! its june?! how is that even possible? so sick..

Sunny weekend at my mothers place

This weekend was sunny, finally! all this rain and cold weather is annoying! where is the summer? well summer finally arrived at least for now, dunno how long it will really be summer? just hope for the best =) so i stayd at my mothers place because i was already totally busy with moving everything to my new flat in skellefteå =)


Had bbq in the evening and breakfast outside in the moring while the dogs were enjoying themselves =)

So june is coming closer and my flat got totally empty today! Thanks to my neighbour ricke who helped me a lot with moving and carrying in and out all my furniture! =)

hapkido weekend

This weekend did we go to Skellefteå for a hapkido meeting and training, masters from all over the country (göteborg, stockholm, ..) did come to train with all of us. On saturday did we have meeting and talked about how we all train, especially how we have training with kids and what we think is apropriate for kidstraining.

In the evening did we all meet at a restaurang named "Viking" for dinner and a nice evening with company. After that we were able to have 7people in our car to take those who stayed at the hotel to their place :-P Slept there as well, nice with hotel nights some day at least =)

Sunday did we train the whole day, unfortunately did my sholder hurt again after way too much training :-P but it was worth it =) So all in all a really nice and effective weekend =) Looking forward to the next one, now I even have a diploma that i am hapkido instructor, and we even made it into the newspaper =)

Incredible to have this kind of view by now! Sick of snow! but it didnt stop me to follow on a short trip with the motorbike :-)

life of a photographer- part 7: home sweet home? (27.4)

Last shooting at 9pm then off to norsjö. But..wasnt that happy.. Snow everywhere :-( where is the spring? the sun? the warm weather? not there at least :-(

Back home again, tired but wiser ;-) new experience, learned a lot, saw incredible houses and even if i got annoyed by ricke sometimes (and he by me ;-) did i still have a nice time :-)

Two klients left :-) one with doors in uppsala and umeå. Uppsala where new appartments, incredible appartments! just he kitchen was bigger than my flat :-P

continued to umeå and arrived there in the evening at a hostel, waiting for the last job in the morning before we get home again :-)

life of a photographer- part 5: ystad

This day was (beside the incredible hotel breakfast) totally useless. where driving around to klients and they where not ginish with the house and two didnt even "had time" anymore or didnt answer the phone. So we had freetime from 10-16:00 in the rainy south of sweden just to drive to eskilstuna (stockholm) after 6hrs unnecessary waiting!
Had lunch at a chinease restaurant and worked with the pics. Then off to the north again!

arrived in eskilstuna around 11pm and slept at some of rickes family.

life of a photographer- part 4: a little freetime (25.4)

Our next job was in helsingborg, south from gothenburg so we decided to take a short trip to a place called gekås in ullared, its a big shoppingcenter where you can get everything possible. bought 4 jeans and shoes :-)
after that did we continue to helsingborg to shoot another door. 3doors actually and more different from the others :-) on our way did i even had the time to feel the sand between my toes :-)

In the evening did we continue to ystad and slept at one of the most wonderful hotels i've ever been at! funny thing is that it was not that expensive :-) unfortunately did i miss the spa because we arrived very late again :-( had my own home spa then at the hotel room haha.

Had even a short walk at the beach, gosh how i missed that smell, feels like home :-)

life of a photographer- part 3: gothenburg (24.4)

After driving quite some hours from stockholm last night did we finally arrive in rainy gothenburg 9pm at our hotel. i was fascinated by the german tv channels while ricke was working with the pics from todays photoshootings.

The day in gothenburg was nice and really effective. We visited 6klients, it was warm and sunny, people were incredible nice and the houses where judt amazing. Todays fotoshoots where doors, stairs and panels(?)

life of a photographer- part 2: stockholm (21-22.04)

Had 3 klients in stockholm, shooting doors. didnt see much of stockholm but it was no journey for fun, was actually a business trip :-P even if some think that we might work 3hrs per day and then we go shopping, dinner outside and spa at the nicest hotells-nix ;-) work work work and a lot of driving. We annoyed each other sometimes can i say :-D but we are still friends haha.

But it was fun, this kid was so sweet, very shy and hiding behind the glas, then he started to get intrested in what we did and watched us =)

life of a photigrapher- part 1: leaving norsjö (21.04)

Couldnt believe my eyes when i left my appartment that saturday morning! Snow !!

but nothing to do about.. We left norsjö around 9:30 in the morning and the first 200km's where quite intresting with all that snow. But then we left the winterland behind us and spent the first night in stockholm. Went to the pub at the lobby for a drink, met people from england and had a nice evening :-)

news from the cold north

Hello there!

Dont have that much to tell besides that its snowing again! unfair, i want spring! got my bicycle out om monday and stated to be better for the environment and save some money (1,70€/L now!!). On saturday will i leave to gothenburg and other cities in the south of sweden for some photowork with this ---------> weird human beeing! looking forward to learn sth new and hope i have time for some shopping :-D Even hope that the snow will be gone when we come back again :-) so far so good, will keep you updated with my boring life :-D
